ORDER LOOKUP
About your transaction number. This form allows you to look up a transaction that you have previously made on MasterMathMentor.com. You can then re-download items (within a 7 day period), change your email correspondence settings, or review your order. The transaction code is 20 to 35 characters long and includes dashes. The code must be entered above exactly as it appeared on the final page of your purchase process, including the dashes. If you are having trouble locating your transaction code or the system does not seem to be accepting your code, please send an email to our administration department (see email listed below) and include your name, the date of your purchase, the total purchase amount, and the items you purchased. We will be happy to help you resolve any issues. NOTE: If you have purchased a product for download and do not receive our automated email within the next hour, don't panic! Our team reviews all purchases and will make sure that an email is sent to you with the links to the products (usually within 12 to 24 hours). PLEASE VERIFY THAT THE EMAIL ADDRESS IS CORRECT ON YOUR PAYPAL TRANSACTION AND IF NOT SEND US THE CORRECT EMAIL ADDRESS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE (include your PayPal transaction number).
